Quidralozyphor provides a transparent return process for EaseOver products ordered through direct communication.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date for eligible items that remain in original usable condition.
Eligible items
Focus Deck Mini, Task Smoothing Board, and Weekly Load Map may be eligible when unused and accompanied by original packaging materials where applicable.
How to request a return
Send your request through the contact page with order details, delivery date, and reason for return. We respond with next instructions and address confirmation.
Condition checks
Returned items are reviewed after arrival. Items showing extensive wear, damage, or missing core components may not qualify for full reimbursement.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after final inspection and confirmation.
Shipping responsibility
Return shipping costs are generally customer responsibility unless the received product is incorrect or arrives with shipping damage verified by evidence.
Non-returnable situations
